Building a Foundation

The journey of the Public Accounting Firm Sutrisno Hendrawanto Sukardi & Partner (KAP SHS) began with KAP Sukardi Hasan, established in 2008 pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 583/KM.1/2008.

In line with organizational growth and the need to strengthen its business structure, KAP Sukardi Hasan evolved into KAP Sukardi Hasan & Rekan, organized as a Civil Partnership (*Persekutuan Perdata*) based in Tangerang City. This development was formalized through the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1407/KM.1/2012, dated November 27, 2012.

Subsequently, the articles of association for the Civil Partnership KAP Sukardi Hasan & Rekan were set forth in Deed Number 08 dated April 24, 2012, executed before Armina Rooswidiati, S.H., a Notary in Tangerang City. Over time, the firm's articles of association have undergone various amendments to reflect the evolution of the organization and changes in the composition of its partners.

From the outset, the firm’s journey has been built upon a commitment to delivering professional services grounded in honesty, trust, and professionalism. These values ​​form the foundation of a work culture that continues to be upheld as the firm grows and evolves to this day.

2017 — A Milestone of Transformation

2017 marked a pivotal turning point in the journey of KAP Sukardi Hasan & Rekan. That year, Sutrisno and Hendrawanto joined the firm, bringing a fresh spirit and new approach to its management. This shift drove a gradual evolution toward a governance model that was more modern, professional, dynamic, and growth-oriented.

This transformation was a collective effort. During this same period, several individuals including Gebyar Pradhono, Agung Suprianto, and Nurani Utami joined the firm and played an integral role in its ongoing development, eventually rising to the level of partner.

While their individual roles and contributions spanned diverse fields and responsibilities, they were instrumental in building the organization's foundation, strengthening human resource capacity, and ensuring the firm's sustained growth over time.

Since then, the firm has experienced significant expansion. Both the size and quality of its workforce have grown rapidly, accompanied by an increase in the client base and an expansion into a wider, more diverse range of industries.

This growth has not only scaled up the organization but also enhanced the firm's experience and competence in navigating various business characteristics and complex client needs.

Thus, since 2017, the firm's journey has been defined not only by business growth but also by organizational building and human capital development transforming individuals into professionals and, ultimately, into partners within the firm.

Broadening Horizons to an International Level

The firm's growth was subsequently accompanied by the opening up of its professional network to the international stage.

On February 2, 2021, KAP Sukardi Hasan & Rekan was officially accepted as a member of Affilica International, a global alliance comprising independent firms specializing in accounting, auditing, law, taxation, and business consulting.

The Certificate of Membership, issued in London, marked a significant milestone in the firm's journey, as it extended its professional connections into an international network.

Membership in Affilica International offers the firm opportunities to connect with a global professional network, broaden its horizons and knowledge, and foster collaboration and the exchange of experiences to address the increasingly cross-border nature of business needs.

For KAP SHS, participation in this international network reflects its commitment to continuously enhancing competence, broadening perspectives, and delivering professional services that remain relevant to the evolving business landscape.

2026 — A New Identity, An Enduring Spirit

As the firm entered 2026, it reached another significant milestone. The partners agreed to change the firm's name from KAP Sukardi Hasan & Rekan to KAP Sutrisno Hendrawanto Sukardi & Rekan. This decision was formalized through a circular resolution of the partners dated June 4, 2026, and subsequently recorded in the Deed of Statement of Partnership Meeting Resolution Number 9, dated June 5, 2026.

The name change was subsequently registered in the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia’s Business Entity Administration System, as evidenced by the Registration Certificate for the Amendment (Number AHU-0000317-AH.01.24 of 2026) dated June 5, 2026.

This name change represents more than a mere administrative update; it reflects the firm's long journey, organizational transformation, human resource development, leadership succession, and sustained growth over the years.

The name "Sukardi Hasan" has been retained as part of the firm's name to honor and acknowledge the foundation and journey established at the outset. It remains an integral part of the firm's history and the values ​​underpinning the organization's continuity.

Meanwhile, the inclusion of the names "Sutrisno" and "Hendrawanto" represents the firm's transformation and evolution toward a more modern identity a process that has been underway since 2017. Both individuals have played pivotal roles in shaping the firm's management direction, strengthening the organization, developing human capital, expanding the client base, and enhancing the firm's capacity to serve a diverse range of industries.

Thus, the name KAP Sutrisno Hendrawanto Sukardi & Rekan does not replace the existing history; rather, it signifies a union of heritage, continuity, and the future.

The name "Sukardi Hasan" represents a respected foundation and legacy, while the names "Sutrisno" and "Hendrawanto" represent transformation, leadership, and the drive to propel the firm into its next phase of growth. This name change also serves as a symbol of renewed optimism for the entire KAP SHS team to continue growing, strengthening the quality of human resources, expanding client trust, enhancing professional capabilities, and building an increasingly modern organization capable of meeting the demands of an evolving business landscape.

Looking at the future

This new chapter was further solidified by the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 541/MK/SK/2026 regarding the business license for the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Sutrisno Hendrawanto Sukardi & Rekan, enacted in Jakarta on August 12, 2026.

The decree grants a business license to KAP Sutrisno Hendrawanto Sukardi & Rekan structured as a partnership based in Tangerang to operate as a public accounting firm.

Building upon the experience gained since its inception, the transformation initiated in 2017, the development of human resources and partner succession, the growth and diversification of its client base, and international professional connections through Affilica International, KAP SHS possesses a robust foundation for entering its next stage of development.

From its foundational roots and the 2017 transformation to the emergence of its new identity in 2026, KAP Sutrisno Hendrawanto Sukardi & Rekan continues to move forward, driven by the ambition to become an increasingly strong, modern, trusted, and relevant professional organization capable of meeting future business needs at both national and international levels.
